01 What is the estimated delivery time for chilled items?

The delivery time for chilled items depends upon the method of transportation and destination. You can find out the estimated time from the transportation company.

02 Can I track my chilled item delivery?

Yes, most of the chilled goods dispatch service providers give you the tracking information for packages, which you can use to track the delivery of your chilled items.

03 What size of vehicle does your company have?

We offer chiller truck rental services with carrying capacities of 3.5 tons to 10 tons and the carrying capacities of our refrigerated Toyota Hiace are 1 ton and 1.5 tons.

04 What are the maximum and minimum temperatures that your vehicles can maintain?

The minimum temperature available in our vehicles is -18°C and you can ask for the maximum Box temperature for a refrigerated truck rental.

05 What’s the rental duration?

We provide our refrigerated vehicles on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

06 How should I handle the delivery of chilled items?

The chilled items must need to be refrigerated or frozen as soon as possible at the time of delivery. If the chilled items are not placed at an optimized temperature upon delivery, your items may be spoiled.
